How to Shop On This Website

We have aimed to make this site as easy to navigate as possible. If you have any suggestions then please let us know via our feedback form.

To view the products we offer you can

1. Search for a particular product. The search allows you to specifiy the category, garment type, size, and price to provide you with a list of items that you are specifically looking for.

2. Browse the catalogue which is split into useful categories and then split by Brand.

Once you have selected a Brand from browsing the catalogue or selected an item from the search results you will be able to see a small picture of each item and its details (Note: clicking the picture will show you a larger image). Using the drop down buttons enter your requirements for colour, size, and quantity then simply click on the 'Add' button to include the item in your shopping basket. You can only enter a maximum of 20 individual items into your shopping basket at one time. If you require more you will have to place another order.

You can at anytime view the contents of your shopping basket by selecting the Shopping Basket option. Once you have finished shopping simply go to the shopping basket and check everything you requested is listed. You then have the option to remove any items you no longer require.

Please note that postal charges will be made but will not show on the total in the shopping basket.
Charges for Post & Packaging = £2.00 (one rate).

You know have four options for processing your order.

In all circumstances payment from your card will not be taken until the goods are ready for dispatch.

Online over the Internet - When you are happy with the contents of your basket simply select the 'Secure Order' option and you will be requested to supply your personal details along with your credit/debit card details. At this stage you are attached to a secure server. 
We are 100% confident that your details will remain secure at all times online and can not be accessed by any unauthorised person.  You will receive confirmation of our receipt of your order by e-mail. Your order will then be processed that day or next day.

By Phone - When you are happy with the contents of your basket simply telephone the shop (see Contact Info) and give your order and personal details over the phone. Please have your credit/debit card ready.
            
                            Tip - print the shopping basket before phoning and to keep as a record.

By Fax - When you are happy with the contents of your basket simply print the shopping basket and the Fax/Post form. Fill in the details on the form and fax them both to the shop (see Contact Info). We will confirm receipt of your order by return of fax or e-mail (if available).

By Post - When you are happy with the contents of your basket simply print the shopping basket and the Fax/Post form. Fill in the details on the form and send them both to the shop (see Contact Info). We will confirm receipt of your order by post or e-mail (if available).

If there are any problems regarding your order we will contact you by what ever method available as soon as we are aware of the problem.
